A community lunch between local police, students, school staff and other emergency services was held on White Ribbon Day at Epping Secondary College.
A fantastic time was had by all with 25 police, CFA, mixing with 500 students over a home-cooked pizza lunch, raising over $700.
Interactions on the day and the buzz amongst the crowd around the message of ‘no violence’ was described as contagious. Ribbons and wristbands were distributed and the Oath was taken in the form handprints on a large white sheet (pictured here).
