Carolyn Donovan
Manager Primary Prevention
With more than 12 years of experience in the field of family and domestic violence, Carolyn has developed and delivered secondary and tertiary intervention programmes to offenders in both community and detention settings.
Carolyn shares the passion of many members of the White Ribbon Australia team for promoting gender equality and respect for all women and girls in society. She is dedicated to a public health strategy to address the pervasive problem of violence against women, with the ultimate goal of preventing violence in the first place.
Carolyn also has a Bachelor of Criminology and Justice, with a Minor in Addiction Studies from Edith Cowan University and thrives working in a dynamic team, where she has the ability to drive community groups towards change to ensure the safety of women.
