Paul believes every individual has an absolute right to be safe, respected and the opportunity to achieve their potential. 

The opportunity to support this aim is extremely important to him on a personal level and he is proud to be part of the White Ribbon team working to achieve this. 

He’s also grateful to be surrounded by people who share his motivation and determination to make a difference. 

With almost 30 years of experience in senior leadership and management roles in the education sector as a Teacher, Principal, Consultant and Chief Executive Officer, Paul brings an ability to work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders combining a focus on strategic objectives.

He has significant experience in managing and leading workplaces as they have transitioned to high performing and effective organisations.

Paul has worked in England, Spain and Norway, where key roles have included Principal of Chelsea Independent College in London, Deputy Head of King’s College in Madrid and Principal of International School Telemark in Porsgrunn, Norway. 

Prior to joining White Ribbon, Paul was Chief Executive Officer for the British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education.     

Paul has qualifications in Economics, Education and Enterprise Risk Management. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute UK. 

In his spare time Paul enjoys walking, wildlife, travel, music and reading. He is never happier than when in the bush, surrounded by wildlife.
