Sophie O'Dwyer

Sophie has 14 years of corporate experience, which has allowed her to develop strong skills in relationship and account management. This skillset and her passion to advocate for positive change in her community have come together in her role as Accreditation Partner with White Ribbon Australia.
 
Sophie took an early interest in human behaviour and sociology and believes that in order to achieve solid and sustainable cultural change, we must start from the ground up. 
 
She believes that by engaging with businesses on the topics of gender inequality and violence against women, that we can work collaboratively to create a safer, more inclusive world, not only for women today but for generations to come.
