White Ribbon Australia is a company limited by guarantee and a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).
The organisation’s purpose is to promote the prevention of violence against women in Australia by engaging men to make women’s safety a man’s issue too. White Ribbon’s vision is for a nation that respects women, and in which every woman can live in safety, free from all forms of men’s abuse.

The Board’s role is established by the terms of the White Ribbon Australia Constitution, which outlines their duties and key responsibilities. The Board has sub-committees, which oversee governance, audit and risk, remuneration and creative.
