Delivery times for Sydney Region – Orders made before 11am can be delivered in 1-3 business days with standard service, 1-2 business days with express service.

Delivery times for other regions – Orders made before 11am can be delivered in 3-7 business days with standard service, 2-4 business days with express service.

Please note that it is difficult for us to fully investigate or indeed respond to anonymous complaints. A White Ribbon staff member will endeavour to contact you by the means provided above for clarification or to advise the result of your complaint.
