DVINA Courageous Hero C.A.P.E Day

(Child Abuse Prevention Education)

I want this to be a day that happens annually but more importantly it’s to be a cape that can be worn by children, adults, ambulance officers, police officers, etc to show support for all left silent to dv & family abuse.
It’s important children see these capes advertised or know they can wear one to speak up, feel courageous for saying ‘I need help, I’m being abused’ or ‘my friend, or loved one needs help, they get hurt by a loved one & I’m frightened for them.’

I want this spoken about in police stations, ambulance stations, schools, medical clinics, hospitals, etc.

Children need to see something relatable to them. Being a hero for helping themselves or someone they love is important.
