Women’s beginner self-defence course

This Women’s Self Defence Beginners Course will enable you to learn basic skills that can be used immediately.
Over 2 hours, we will cover the concepts and ideas to raise your personal safety and awareness of your surroundings.
Our hands on approach will cover a mix of theory and practical skills suitable for all ages and complete beginners through to advanced.
The course content is designed specifically with women in mind, and is led by an experienced female instructor. The course will focus on self-defence concepts and teach life-saving self-defence techniques. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques will be taught with special focus on situations in which women would need to defend themselves on the ground against larger opponents.
There will be physical contact and you will need to complete a health questionnaire and liability waiver before commencing the course.
