Prevent men’s violence against women

White Ribbon Night in your Workplace

How to hold a White Ribbon Night event in your workplace

Violence against women is a serious, prevalent and preventable issue in Australia.  Violence against women – whether it occurs in or beyond the workplace – impacts on the health and safety of employees, their wellbeing and their productivity.  It impacts negatively on workplace culture, organisational reputation and bottom-line profit and loss.

By hosting a White Ribbon Night event, you will promote respectful relationships and gender equality within the workplace and demonstrate a culture of zero tolerance of violence against women.

And remember, your White Ribbon Night event doesn’t actually have to be at night! You can show your support for White Ribbon Night by holding it at any time.
