White Ribbon Australia’s Treks for Respect are an experience of endurance, self-challenge and adventure. Take your pick of terrains across desert, rainforest or mountainous lands in Australia and abroad. Embark on these once-in-a-lifetime adventures where every step you take, you will be raising vital funds to help White Ribbon in our primary prevention work to break the cycle of violence against women.

 

Trek for Respect: Kokoda 2018

One of the world’s greatest treks, the iconic Kokoda Track links the south and north coast of Papua New Guinea across 96 kilometres of rugged mountain terrain, tropical rainforest and unspoiled villages. This year’s trek will be taking place over ANZAC Day from 16 – 27 April 2018.

Trek for Respect: Kiliminjaro 2018

Make the trek to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro and be standing on this magnificent snow-capped peak over looking Tanzania. You’ll be trekking from cultivated farmlands to lush rainforest, through alpine meadows and across the barren lunar-like landscape to the summit between 24 September 201802 October 2018.

Trek for Respect: Tasmania 2019

In a breath-taking adventure, this five day trek will immerse you in the inimitable beauty of Tasmania’s Cradle Mountain National Park and Tarkine rainforest. Setting off from Launceston, you’ll be crossing through natural waterfalls and thousand year old rainforests. Secure your trek spot for the 4 – 8 March, 2019 Trek.
