Capital Region Committee
The Capital Region Committee has been White Ribbon’s longest-active State/Territory Committee. Forming as an organic, community Committee over ten years ago, the group now works directly with the national office to strategically grow the movement in the region.
New South Wales
Queensland State Committee
The Queensland State Committee is the key driver for the state-level strategic relationship building, promotion of White Ribbon Programs and initiatives, and development of local prevention initiatives.
Sunshine Coast Committee
The Sunshine Coast Committee was established in 2016 by a group of passionate men and women from the Sunshine Coast to raise awareness about domestic and family violence within the community. They work tireless to engage, educate and act the community with the Local Council, Police, and Elite Sporting Clubs.
South Australia State Committee
Bringing together stakeholder from across the community, the South Australia State Committee has played a critical role in building the presence and visibility of White Ribbon in South Australia since its establishment in 2013.
Since 2011, the Launceston Committee has been organising events to educate the community about the social, financial and health implications of intimate partner violence against women in Launceston, Tasmania.
Victoria State Committee
The Victoria State Committee was established in 2015 by a group of Ambassadors who were passionate about growing capacity and connections between Ambassadors in metro and regional Victoria.
Western Australia State Committee
Comprised of 15 highly skilled members with a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds, the Western Australia State Committee supports the White Ribbon campaign by driving state-level strategy, community engagement and relationship building across the state.
